Requests and Concerns
The Citizen Services division of the Office of the Federal President of the Republic of Austria deals quickly and unbureaucratically with your personal requests, concerns and invitations to the President.Federal President Dr. Heinz Fischer strives to maintain very close contact with Austrian citizens and would like to be as well-informed as possible about your problems and requests. He takes a great deal of time to personally handle the mail he receives. Understandably, however, even the Federal President only has 24 hours in a day and 365 days in a year, and unfortunately cannot personally cater to every single appointment request or concern sent to him. However, experienced colleagues are available to assist him in his work.

Please note that enquiries can be answered only if you provide appropriate contact information (mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address).
